Our leadership team has several decades of experience in the world of Adult Family Homes. We understand the need for ideal placement, and over the four distinct homes we take care of, we have a good selection to choose from.
All of our staff is qualified as certified nursing assistants. This gives that extra level of care quality and security your loved one deserves. Almost every medical issue that may emerge, our in-place professional will be able to resolve it. Years of experience and multiple certifications from the state enable all of our staff to face any problem with 100% awareness.
It doesn't take long for your loved one to bond with our caregivers. We take the time to get to know each resident, and make them as comfortable and happy as possible.
From touch-sensitive floor pads to alert staff if a resident leaves their bed at 3AM, to call cords in the bathrooms for each resident, we have dozens of senior-tailored safety equipment devices throughout each home.
Each adult family home is dedicated to the service and care of our elderly residents. With two caregivers on the floor during the day, and one wake staff at night, we can ensure safety, peace and quiet, and quality care, that is so important to every resident.
We have a rigorous recruitment process where each staff member undergoes a thorough background check before they start their first day of work. Each must have relevant job qualifications and experience, together with a proven track record of high-quality experience in the field. That attention to staff quality continues indefinitely, includes ongoing training, as well as feedback and work quality improvement programs.
All of our in-visit healthcare staff are also closely vetted. That includes doctors, nurses, dental care professionals, and anyone who comes into contact in any way with our residents.
